1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the MyBPlan website at mybplan.io, including its planning tool and guides (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Akrinum OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

MyBPlan provides a free planning tool — the Client Loss & Income Runway Calculator — and educational content for freelancers, consultants and small business owners. The tool runs in your web browser and perform calculations based solely on the information you enter. No account or payment is required. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

4. Limitations of projections

Projections produced by the Service are estimates, not guarantees. In particular:

• Results depend entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the figures you enter.
• The calculations use simplified assumptions described on our methodology page — for example, constant monthly amounts, and no taxes, inflation, interest or payment delays unless you account for them in your inputs.
• Actual outcomes will differ, sometimes significantly, from any projection.

You are responsible for how you use the results and for any decisions you make.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to systems, or use automated means that place an unreasonable load on it.

6. Intellectual property

The MyBPlan name, logo, website design, software and content are owned by Akrinum OÜ or its licensors. You may use the tool and share links to our pages. You may print or save your own results for personal or business use. Please don't copy or republish our guides or software without permission.

The figures you enter and the reports you export belong to you.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but we provide it free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Akrinum OÜ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its results, including lost income or profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
